A client came to us and said, “I want to do a fine dining resto with not-so-expensive menus, could you do the concept of it?”. Of course we said yes.
The clients literally have nothing except the kind of restaurant he wanna make (and of course money).
So we go from scratch, starting with the general concept then moving to the restaurant name.
The general concept of the restaurant is the Germany Industrial Revolution in early 1900's. Glorifying the shiny golden brass with solid, minimalist deep navy.
The concept got translated into the interior with a very chic way which makes us wonder if it would be any better than this.
The menu they offered consist of various delicacy from heavy Australian Lamb Chop to dreamy Hazelnut Martini.
And of course there is pasta, while not in their full types the selection is sufficiently broad.
This corner is our personal favourite. White ceramic tiles, naked terracota bricks, large-tilted rustic framed mirror all stacked beside intimate leather cushioned space, separated each other by wire mesh. If only this spot is on our studio.
If you happen to have a serious meeting or just want a more fancier date around South Jakarta you sure must hit this place. Located in 18 Office Park's ground floor in TB Simatupang Meirton is a perfect place to (fine) dine in.
