Made for Modest Women (MFMW)
Branding | Service & Startup
Reigniting the soul in a renowned modest wear brand.
Fashion is a way to express one’s freedom. We believe that this statement holds even more weight for Moslem women in this era. Thus, we created an identity system for Made for Modest Women— or MFMW, a Bandung-based modest wear that has been around since 2019. We came up with a rebranding that isn't too unfamiliar with MFMW's loyal customers, but one that can also represents MFMW's new values: comfort, confidence and self-evolution.

Logo
Made for Modest Women has 2 logo
configurations: a tri-stack logotype and a monogram.
The tri-stack logotype is arranged on top of each other like a stepping stone that leans to the right to make the 4-words logotype looked less bulky and more dynamic.
Made for Modest Women’s monogram is a letter ‘M’ that represents ‘modest’, which can also be rotated 180 degree to a letter W that represents “women’.

Made for Modest Women’s color palette is dominated by shades of pink, yet is balanced by the frequent use of black and white. These pinks are then used in the gradient supergraphic. In addition to the pinks, black and white, we also designated some secondary colors to avoid a monotone look
in Made for Modest Women’s online presences.

Team Notes
We’re slowly becoming a moslem clothing brand specialist (lol). Jokes aside, the passion emanating from the client for her brand, products, and customers was inspiring for all of us—something that we can apply to SANROK as well.
