In response to the 4th industrial revolution in the 4th quarter of 2010, Peersona was born as an antidote to Human Resource’s problems, particularly in hiring, categorising and filtering a vast amount of people with a limited time-span with the help of machine learning and in-house artificial intelligence system.
Collaborating with different Professors in TU Delft University in Netherlands, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Indonesia, and several other psychology-related instances—Peersona aspired to be the pioneer in Human Resource system which exploit machine learning in its core.
SANROK was asked to do the 360-branding of the product. Website, mobile apps, merchandise, stationaries, and events.

Dodecahedron shape was used as a representation of the complexity of human’s psychology mapping. As an object with 12 sides, efficient enough to represent the many faces/characteristics of a person.
The pentagon in each sides of the dodecahedron is a representation of the O.C.E.A.N method (also known as the Big Five Personality), which is used heavily in the core of Peersona’s methodology.
